As far as I am aware,as long as you are paying the fare on the boat you can catch whichever boat you like, with a large proportion of people travelling independantly now and the state of the Greek economy as it is I very much doubt anyone will refuse your money  |

These do look like they are the old DG Hiona studios. We stayed there a couple of times, and had a huge problem with cockroaches the second time we stayed there. Never noticed any damp problems though.
We stayed at the Amalia next door last September and noticed that a lot of the upper part of the 'Hiona' building had been rendered. When we stayed ther we used to see cockroaches scuttling into the stonework in the walls up the side of the building where the steps are, so hopefully the rendering may have cut down the places for the roaches to hide.
