Oooh some of them look very nice, thanks Liz. We're looking for somewhere to go in September. Have just enquired about availability at the Villa Amalia in Halki for 2012!

Go to Halki ,go to Halki !!  Just if you have a spare week some of their properties look nice ( I fancy the studio in Assos Kefalonia overlooking the beach/sea ) their prices are a bit fruity tho ' .... Not that I'm tight you understand |

We went with them to Hotel Odyssey about 12 years ago. We stayed in one of the apartments overlooking the pool. Loved the little village. Good deals for May in special offers - especially when it also includes flights and transfers. We'll not be tempted though....it's Halki for us!!!

Go to Halki ,go to Halki !! We love Halki but I don't think we would enjoy it as much if we went too often. Every 18 months - 2 years has suited us so far. We've been 3 times now. Sept 12 will make it a 2 year gap for us, and it will be a real treat by then. |

Lovely propertys get tempted but the Halki just tugs on the old heart strings so its a no from me ;D

Just had a look and there are some lovely properties there. Must be great if you can go at the last minute and grab a bargain without having to arrange time off work etc...........so maybe getting older won't be as bad as what i thought it would! ;D |
