Yes there did seem to be more sand at the entrance, not sure if it is due to winter weather moving things around a bit or whether it has been cleared, it was certainly slightly easier getting in and out ;D

Give me the pebbles any day, I don't do sand, gets everywhere! Ditched my swim shoes this time and may manage without them from now on. Quite easy getting in the sea if you put your shoes on the rocks.

Lisa - are you mad? Sand rules. There definitely was more sand (or less pebbles), but only in September. In July the little pebbly blighters were everywhere.
