Our flight next Wednesday lands at 9.30 pm and we're booked to stay over at Kamiros Skala for the night. Will there be taxis in the rank outside the airport as in the day or should we try and book one?
If anyone else has arrived on a late afternoon flight I'd be grateful to hear their experience.

Amanda - I would imagine that there will be taxis 24/7 at Rhodes airport. You and Harry have a great time and let us know if Harry's Tower is still standing. ;D

Morning Amanda. Lynda and I normally arrive in Rhodes Airport at about 10.30pm on a Sunday evening. Everytime we do the taxis are "wall to wall" and keen to get a fare. It may be possible to get a better fare as they are keen to get passengers at that time of the evening. We will arrive on Halki on 4th October, will you still be there then?

Thanks for the info Howard, very encouraging. Yes, we'll still be there - we leave on the 6th, our 3rd wedding anniversary, ahhh! Look forward to seeing you and Lynda.

Yes, there are bound to be taxis there. Some years ago we arrived at Rhodes late at night and had no problem (although we were going to Rhodes town). Same elsewhere - I've also arrived at Kos airport at about 5am wondering if I could get a taxi and there were plenty.

Thanks muriman, very reassuring. Our only unknown now is when we can cross on the Thursday. Don't know if there will still be a day trip we can hitch a lift on.
