Just found a site that has some info on various walks on Halki, & quite a few other places. Based on the one that could be downloaded they look to be fairly detailed & have some useful extra info on them. Thank you for that link pda. I have printed off the Emborio-Chorio walk for Stuart and Tony when they go on their trek on July 1st so that they don't get lost. It will save Marie and I worrying while we wait at Ftenagia sampling the retsina ;D ;D ;D

Mr Daisy doesn't do walking only to and from Ftenagia ;D and up and down to the outside bar but I like to walk and take piccys so might be a good thing to have a few of the walks to follow

Sorry Daisy, meant to go back to this post but forgot...
The walks info is quite good as far as it goes. It is both too basic & too advanced......
The walks are based mainly around the road network & most people don't need a map or instructions for that ! There is some good info on the sheets though.
The other main walk is the "3 Peaks" walk which is very hard going. I did it once a few years back but its not fun in the heat.
Think the pack is worth getting for the information on it but the info on paths & routes on the new hiking map is much better if you prefer to walk off piste.
