BIG THANKS

A Big Big thanks to Nissia holidays for the service we received on our departure on 15th July, as followers of this site you will know, neither of the Halki boats was allowed to leave on the 15th July, due to high winds, so everybody had to leave on the 10.30am boat directly into Rhodes.

As we where on a early flight leaving at 2pm it was a little worrying, however Lynne took control and traveled with us over to Rhodes, she made sure we left the boat first and had a taxi waiting for us, the taxi roared off to the airport where Meni took over and she had already pre-booked us in, we where taken straight through the airport and out to the plane by private coach, our suitcases followed and as we took our seats the plane started to leave! We have since spoken to friends who left on the same day but unfortunately missed their flight to Manchester which took off after our flight!! they then had to wait until 7pm that night for Thomas Cook to arrange to get them on another flight.

My sister and her husband were flying out on the 15th to go to Halki and they were unable to travel over that day due to the high winds, however when they arrived Lynne informed them that they had booked rooms with breakfast for them at a small hotel down at Kamiros Scala and they would be traveling over the following day, when they came to leave Nissia paid the bill at the hotel.

What a difference it makes to travel with a company who know where Halki is ,what they are doing and put the their clients needs first

We have already booked for next year ;D

Now that is EXCELLENT service! It's great to hear of a company caring about their clients and that you're not just "another number". Well done Nissia.

Can i ask if you'vre regular clients of Nissia? If you're not,then that puts them even further up in my estimation. ;D

No this year was the second time we have traveled with Nissia,but i do not think it matters how may time you have travel with them , the people we spoke to during our late night drinks at Costa's bar, only had good words for their level of service.
I wish they did winter holidays,

We have travelled with Nissia since they took over from laskarina and confirm everything said here. They really care about their clients and that is increasingly rare these days. It's easy to book - if you have a query you get a prompt reply and it makes visiting Halki even more enjoyable (if that's possible!)

Now before I start, I want to make it clear that I am not having a pop at Nissia here. I think they run a really good service and their properties look fantastic

We were looking at booking one of the waterfront properties with Nissia for next year but they have a policy whereby existing clients have the choice of booking the property again within 2 weeks of them returning. This means that its quite hard to get one of the really good properties as a lot of Nissia's clients are regular visitors and just rebook when they get home. It's great if you are one of the regular Nissia clients but not so good if you are a "newbie"

;D We managed to book a waterfront property with them this year for the first time and will re-book for next year, it does make a difference not having to get up and walk to the beach every day . The early morning and the late late evening swims!! are great , although we still like to go the beaches for Lunch.
It is a good system they have which enables you to have 1 week to make your mind up after you get home , it is nice not to have to worry about all those brochures
