I'm having a bad day/good day because...

Today suddenly got worse on the way home tonight. I was eating a mint, and it broke my FRONT tooth...... Half my tooth has gone, my dentist of the last 10 years messed up my last treatment so I don't want to go back. I need to find a dentist first thing .... who will see me straight away(yeah right!) It looks awful, and I am working tomorrow.
Anyone had a worse day - or a really good day?

Ouch !! Kathy there should be an emergancy dentist at your local hospital ...if not ring you PCT and see who will see you on the NHS ( not many I'm afraid ) .................or .......its private I'm afraid

I'm hoping to have a good day today as I'm starting to approach the suitcase in readiness for next Wednesday (yippeee - Halki for 3 weeks), then this evening I'm singing in a musical show at the De Montfort Hall in Leicester (our big concert venue). Never done anything like this before and will be singing in front of over 1000 people. Luckily there will be another 200 people singing with me!

My hubby's crown fell out a few days ago and he looks a right rogue with a tooth missing! ;DThink he must like it tho' as he hasn't been to get it stuck back in yet.
It's different for us girls tho'...at least we have a bit of pride

I'm having a good day because I have just got a BIG project that I completed the mechanical design for - approved and signed off.

It's only taken 20 years off my life and 3 months, but it's done.

So either I pop out for a coffee and quietly celebrate, or pop down to the nearest city pub and get wrecked and head off home early.........

Thanks everyone! I went to two dental surgeries, who both told me to the next appointment would be in about 2 months, finally gave up and in desperation went back to my usual place where my problems started. They managed to re-fill it, but it may not work, in which case I will need a crown. but for now ...sorted. I can smile/eat again! Today is therefore a HAPPY DAY ;D ;D ;D
I liked everyone else's happy/ sad stuff!! ;D ;D
