Overnight stay - query re Savoy Hotel Rhodes

Can anyone help with this query? I'm arranging an extended family holiday in late July/early August (because of school holiday restrictions - not our normal time!). Because of difficulty getting accommodation for the first night (Wed 29 July) in Halki we are planning to overnight at the Savoy Hotel Rhodes (where we have stayed previously) and then hope to get the hydrofoil to Halki next morning. But I can't get any response from the Savoy to email or phone. Does anyone know whether this hotel is open at this time of year or whether there is any other reason why I can't make contact? (I need to check some points direct with the hotel rather than just booking through an online agency.)

I believe that they are normally open all year. They do have a Facebook page that you can try if you cannot get an answer via other methods.
