Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Christmas.
I hope everyone enjoys the celebrations, that not too many people fall out with their in-laws/children/spouse, and that all those with a cold/flu are feeling a bit better.
I won't say "don't eat too much" - you all eat as much as you want!
And cheers to all board members & guests, everyone on Halki and all those who love the island like we do. Here's to renewing friendships in 2009!
Now then, I'm just off to get the sprouts on ........

;D I would also like to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas / lots of prezzies / copious amounts of wine or whatever ( but without a hangover! )a bit of a lie - in if you still have little ones, and a more restful start to the day for everyone else!May Father Christmas bring you lots of goodies one and all! I am already getting into the Christmas spirit, wine glass in hand, because today is also our wedding anniversary.( at the time we seemed to think it was a good idea....if anyone out there knows anyone with similar thoughts, can you please assure them it is just about the worst idea ever!always tooooo busy to celebrate! HAPPY CHRISTMAS!!! ;D ;D

;D ;D Every year I forget something........This year I forgot to buy the chipolatas, and John forgot to put the cranberry sauce on his turkey ( the rest of us don't like it ) even though it was on the table......last year it remained, forgotten, in the food cupboard. until after wed eaten. After a a couple more Christmases, I may be able to open The Cranberry Sauce Shop. What did anyone else forget?? Merry Christmas!!
