Hi All
We spoke with Petros (fisherman) last night. He says that he is well and that the weather is still good in Halki. We discussed health, weather and the problems in Athens and that was my limited Greek worn out. He was so excited talking to us, I was on a high for hours. He infomed us that there are now only two tavernas open and that the island is very quiet. Those left there are looking forward to Christmas. He sends his regards. We usually speak to him on Christmas Day, not long to wait now!

I've heard that it's raining hard and very cold there this afternoon, but I'd still rather be there than here. I've not had a good day!

Join the club - poorly and parking ticket in the same day! I will give Petros your love. It was great to speak to him - keeps making me smile just thinking about it. I have viral labrinthitis and had to have a week off work - i still don't feel great amd I am struggling at work but will at least have a break soon!  |
