Many thanks buddies.
Went fishing at East Tuddenham this morning. Coincidentally it was the first day of the season on the lakes. Percy (101) was off showing dogs, so just Derek and me. Got 4 trout from 650g to 950g, which was good. Each year there seem to be fewer trees about. This time it we lost some Ash, yet I still managed to stick a couple of flies in a tree! I met up with some trout fishing buddies. The only drawback was I have just started a cold as of last night! So the afternoon was dozing listening to the radio.
I am looking forward to my state pension, whenever that arrives! It will be snatched back in January, but it will be useful in the meanwhile, mostly to help buy gear for Kinygos II for this year's adventures.

Thank you for you wishes!
No day is ever as good as the ones we, and our fellow crew members, spend on the boat catching big fish, then re-hydrating, and later social drinking followed by a fish feast!
I am looking forward to September when we can all be together again!
