Thanks for the lovely slide show. Can't stop pressing 'play again!' The colours of the sea and Halki are so beautiful. 10 weeks 3 days 'til we're there. In the meantime we must enjoy each day and not wish our life away!

They were definitely worth waiting for ;D beautiful photos, you do forget how wonderful the light is over there and I am always mesmerised by the colour of the sea, thank you for sharing them with us ;D

Great work! I particularly like the shots around the allies of Emborio, it's easy to forget that this is one of the charms of the town.

Stunning pictures of the best wee island in the world! Only problem is they make me so homesick for Halki! Just over 10 weeks til I am back there

More lovely, make you homesick photos, thank you. We've been back just under a month and a combination of the photos and the weather here now concentrate the mind more than usual on our 8 week countdown !

Absolutely wonderful pics I agree with Carol the light and the amazing colours of the sea make taking photo's a must

Daisy, I used a canon 20d with the kit 18-55 IS lens. I tend to have a circular polarising filter on pretty much all the time as it saves on post processing, though I have been known to tweak the curves very slightly in CS5
