Interesting yes. I noticed that item a couple of days ago. Since WW2 there has always been a "blanket" ban on any development or new building on Alimnia as it had been designated an official naval port. If that has been lifted, it is long overdue. Piece of nonsense. There is water on Alimnia but not a lot so any major investment would I imagine involve a pipeline of sorts. I'm not holding my breath.
