:)We have booked Easyjet again for next year but unlike last year we are going to return on the 12.25 flight. How much time do we have to get to Rhodes airport - Is a taxi essential to make sure we catch the flight. And has anyone actually missed the Easyjet 12.2 flight.

Hi pensioner2 the 12.25 flight is the one Daisy caught in September and I would say that it would be wise to have a taxi prebooked and waiting for the ferry. They certainly had enough time and they had speedy boarding but there were queues for the flight when we arrived soon after them at approx 10.30am. I am sure Daisy will enlighten you when she reads your post

A pre booked Taxi is a must and, no matter what you think of it, Speedy Boarding for our June flight simply added to peace of mind as your Halki holiday comes to an end !! As to amount to time at the Airport, it is fair to say that there is not a lot of hanging around if the inbound flight is on time. Hope this helps.

Hi pensioner2 we have travelled home twice on the Easyjet 12.25 flight and have booked again for next year on the same flight. Both times we have pre booked a taxi and have arrived at the airport soon after 10AM giving us plenty of time to book in, shopping etc. We find that it is just good timing without hanging around the airport for too long. I would think that a taxi is essential for peace of mind ;D

If anybody is interested, Easyjet are now taking bookings for October 2012. Good prices at present, basic return flight about £100 each, but of course you have to add baggage, speedy boarding and credit card charges if you want them. Still I have got a deal cheaper than last year or May 2012.
