Yes, there is a beach near Kamiros Skala. If you walk along the main road, (away from Rhodes Town direction), up the hill, you'll see a sign for a taverna (can't remember the name, might be Jimmy's Taverna), go down the track on your right, where the taverna is signposted, and just walk down. It takes about 10 minutes from K.S. Harbour. Not the best beach in the world, but pleasant enough and the water's nice. Good luck!

Johnny's Taverna Just been there today. Excellent meal! Had a fine view of a rather rough sea, but the beach is sheltered. I/we have seen it many times, as you all have from the ferry, and from my boat. I always wondered what it was like. Go there! |
