Hi Jennifer ..first you have to host your picture somewhere on the web ( I use photobucket ) ..below the picture once it is hosted will be a load of codes ..you want the IMG code -highlight it and copy it then you open a box to either reply or start new threadand paste the IMG code in the thread ....it will look like this [ IMG]abig load of gobblygook[/IMG] then hopefully when you post your reply your picture should show ......hope this helps

It may also be helpful to state a maximum size for a picture (just to save abit of scrolling sideways) -------------->

I think I have now figured out the coding for Flickr. As Liz says right click on the Flickr photo in your photostream; select properties and copy the Address (URL) - which looks somthing like this farm4.static.flickr.com/3215/2849021288_744ec498dd.jpg?v=0Then paste this address in between two [ IMG] [/IMG] codes However I found you need to remove anything after the .jpg - i.e. the ?v=0e.g. [ IMG]http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3215/2849021288_744ec498dd.jpg[/IMG] If this works there will be a photo of a couple of well know locals below: Hope this makes sense...... Photobucket is much easier as it will generate all the IMG codes for all photos in one step.

I have uploaded a selection of halki pics onto an album in Photobucket. They may be of interest to members and I would be happy to post them. Try as I may, I cannot figure out how to get them from Photobucket to the message board.

Sth ..this is easiest done with two browser pages open ...your photobucket one and the reply box on here ..... go to your photobucket page and click on your photo , underneath it will be three or four boxes of code ....you want the IMG code ..if you click on it , it will automatically copy it for you ...then come over here and in the reply box ..right click and select paste that will put the code for the picture on here ( if you try the preview option that should show you if you've done it right ) repeat this for any other pictures ( I find its best to leave a gap of a line between the codes so that the pictures space out nicely ) try this and hopefully it should work

Liz thanks. I got as far as clicking on the IMG boxes and I presume from what you say that they were copied somewhere. However, at that point I got lost. I'll have another shot in the morning when the grey matter is fresh, well as fresh as it gets these days!
