Now the answer to the OP is easy, nowhere like Halki, but I must admit I have a serious crush on Siros island. You should put it on your list of islands to visit in Greece and this is coming from a Rhodian. We stayed in an amazing property by the harbour, so picturesque, I can't really describe it! Check it out. A week there and a week in Halki sounds like the dream holiday!
