Tickets still not arrived, Graeme phoned TC and got a surly girl  who apparently did not really want to help, however it has been established that the tickets were posted monday 2nd class !!!! Well it is no wonder we havent got them yet is it ? They may yet turn up if we are lucky, TC will be getting a complaint in writing when we get home, customer service ? they dont know the meaning of the word. |

Well Carol, we've still had no response to our complaint about the lack of response to our original complaint at the end of May!
Have an absolutely fantastic holiday and give our love to everyone. ;D
