Sorry to change the subject but went to see "you know who" last night at Echo Arena ....... absolutely brilliant ;D ;D. On stage from 8.00 til 11.00, did 4 encores to a packed house and not a single razor blade in sight When he went off he had a grin as wide as the Mersey ;D ;D. Carol, I think even you would have enjoyed it Anyway, back to synchronised swimming and flowery hats ;D

Carol can you get flowery hats in bulk? I think we may need them as the popularity of the synchro team seems to be growing. We must take this seriously if we are to qualify for 2012. No ugg boots allowed - synchronised drowning is not part of the routine. Sensible swimwear - need to keep everything contained with all that manouvering (no mankinis thank you gents- nasty thought!).

Unfortunately I can do drowning easily without the aid of ugg boots !!! Yes sensible swimwear is essential, we dont want anything popping out during a critical move, it would completely spoil the beauty of the routine, who am I kidding ? ;D

At your command madam administrator. I have the boat, and a long handled very sharp Gaff. Stuck it in my hand once, so I know!
I will handle the boat, but you need someone on a sadistic bent to wield the gaff; sth perhaps?

From my experience the offical Halki ladies syncronised swimming team marshall off the Hiona terrace about 4.30pm most days and vacate the area about 2-3 hours later. May I suggest we get there first (al'a german style) and show them 'how to do it'......... Just be prepared for some topics of conversation - god knows what those women natter on about
