Well, they're usually well controlled. There are probably more double deckers damaged in low bridge spats than aircraft on bad landings.

Last time that we landed in Skiathos, we came down with such a bump that a load of the overhead panels crashed down and all these wires fell out What was more worrying was that the steward just gathered them into a big "bundle", shoved them back in the hole and replaced the panel - hope they weren't anything important you know like something to do with operating the wings, or the tail, or the undercarriage or the autopilot or........

Enough enough if you all keep on I wont be getting on the plane in september, our landing and descent into Gatwick from Luxor three weeks ago nearly finished me off
