We stayed there a few years ago and were very happy there. It has two balconies. Neither has much of a view but it has the advantage of being very close to the harbour. We liked it very much. It is basically one large studio room with a bathroom. It has been updated and refurbished since we were last there and looks very nice in the photos.

Oh good, I know they always take the photo's with a lens that makes everything look bigger (we're selling our house at the moment and it looks enormous!). It's always better if you can get a bit of feedback from peeps who've stayed there. At least I know that as well as being able to stroke a cat, I will be able to swing one (should the urge take me)

Location of studio is great for getting to the harbour, literally a minute away, just behind Apostolic Bar. But that word behind tells you the views aren't great. The front balcony shows a delapidated building wall and balcony, but looking over the rooftops you get a seaview over towards the old sponge factory which is now a hotel I can't remember the name of and off towards Rhodes. The other balcony overlooks a side street.
The entrance is via a set of internal steps. The accommodation is open plan with a sofa which turns into a bed, a wardrobe, two single beds, one of whose springs makes themselves heard, but the mattress and mattress topper gives a comfortable nights sleep. Then there is a table with chairs for dining, a fridge freezer, a good oven which has a grill facility for toast, washing machine and a small sink area. They provide a kettle, iron and ironing board. The bathroom is small reached by three wooden steps. There is a TV and free wi-fi and air-conditioning
We would stay here again if the price was reasonable.
