We are not out at same time as you its end of May before we get there,the free wi-fi has been set up by owner for use in both apartments and if any problems with it the cleaners husband will get you fixed up and it was him by the way that also did the refurb.You will find the place nice and cool due to thickness of walls.Well I am of to Corfu in a few weeks going out for three weeks , will be different from Halki but village I am in has no tour companies all independant and reads to be quiet

Does the wi-fi need a pass code to access it or is it an unlocked system?
We're off to Zante in just over 2 months, Alykes. Very quiet, just how we like it.
What village are you off to?

We are of to Liapades its near Paleo think its even quieter than where your heading, this time we are doing independant,The password is on notice inside the apartment

Hi , we are staying in villa nina from 31st July. We visited Halki last summer but stayed on the other side of the bay. Can't wait. Does any one know if the ATM is working? Have prices in the tavernas increased at all from last year?

No idea on health of ATM ,, I would say little difference on taverna prices from last year but Valentis doing lamb,pork or chicken on the spit this year was excellent quality and value,, hope you will enjoy the Nina ,, I find that side of village quieter ,strange how the putt putt putt of the little boats does not annoy but the putt putt from scooters does (hear no scooters at Nina)

Valentis doing lamb,pork or chicken on the spit this year was excellent quality and value,, hope you will enjoy the Nina Mmmmm animal on a stick, tasty. Only discovered the delights of pig on a stick a few years ago in Finikounda. They put it on the spit in the morning so by the evenng all the fat and juices had been absorbed into the meat. So so tasty and moist, the original finger licking good as far as I'm concerned How far is Valentis from Villa Nina? Cheers Tom |

Hi again, I have been looking at photos. Is villa Nina the yellow one next to the bright blue one? I know it's on the left hand side as you look at the harbour from the see. Only 1o days left to we get on the plane.

Yes it is a creamy yellow lol,,, gee had to look at my photos and I have stayed there the last five years it has pergola over top balcony and Tom the Nina is not far from anywhere . Well not long to go now then Dizzy did you catch that is wi-fi free in the apartments .Have a great time as I am sure you will by the way the doves can be so noisy too lol
