Hi Livanios
Its good to hear you will be cooking at the hotel, I'll be there in May so will see you then.
I agree with Simon - your English is very much better than my Greek!

Hi Simon. Arrive 18th august. A Wednesday so I can get the boat. Leave 2 weeks and 1 day later. Looking forward to days and days of doing exactly the same. Until carol arrives....

Certainly NOT abstinence!
Regarding the topic: Anyone willing to speak in favour of Fouska?
It's not my favourite seafood either Di!

Ha ha Must admit, something with the aroma of sweaty socks doesn't get the taste buds going either

How are you with REAL oysters?

Dunno never tried them, although I've always been of the opinion that they are usually overpriced and probably over-hyped. I prefer my seafood to at least resemble something ocean going - as opposed to a rough flat bit of rock (although I could eat Andreas' pickled octopus all day). I'm probably more of a carnivore - give me something that looks over a hedge any day

The texture is similar to your favourite subject! This bivalve I enjoy, as does my daughter-in-law; not my son.
You stick with the hedgehogs! Tastes a little like veal I understand?

You stick with the hedgehogs! It'd have to be a bloody big hedgehog to look over a hedge I was thinking more along the lines of sheep and cows
